Middle School/Middle Years Programme students who wish to participate in our Athletics program must complete all paperwork (Pre-participation Physical Evaluation, Parental Permission and Insurance Statement forms) listed in the documents section. All completed paperwork must be presented to the Athletic Director, prior to the student trying-out for any sport.

Documents
ALL athletes must complete the following forms in order to attend tryouts for any sport, no forms = no participation.
Competitive sports teams are for middle school students only in good standing. Students in good standing have no outstanding balances or fees on PowerSchool and have an eligible GPA of 2.0 per MSAA guidelines (which will be calculated by the Athletic Director once final rosters have been selected).
Athletic fees will be collected once team selections are confirmed and must be paid prior to the first game.
